My mission is to help women step into the most radiant, joyful and powerful version of themselves by leading them to put down their weapons, open their hearts and connect with their bodies.

I do this by creating personal discovery journeys through the Sisterhood community and cultivating beautiful women’s circles as a place for healing and growth.
