The Sisterhood is a 7 week transformational program for women.
You will embark on a journey. A journey back to your self. You will break down the barriers around your heart. You will come back into your body. You will rekindle the relationship with the real you. You will find balance and navigate life with ease and flow.

Throughout this journey, you will be support for and be supported by your sisters as you embark on the journey together. A fierce, loving tribe of like-minded women who will push you and inspire you. Who will celebrate your wins as well as sharing the burden of your losses. The Sisterhood will teach you to love with an open heart. To jump without being afraid. To take risks. To be wild. To realign with the person you know you were born to be.
